Teeth whitening questions, answered
The things people ask before booking a whitening appointment in Belleville. Still curious? Call or text 416-316-5369.
How much does teeth whitening cost at The Smile Bar?
A Wicked White Pro in-studio whitening session is $200 + HST. Touch-Up Session $100 + HST, Duo Session $350 + HST for two ($175 each — save $50 vs two single sessions), and the Glow Combo $295 + HST (save $55 vs booking separately). Call or text 416-316-5369 to book. Read our full Belleville pricing guide.
How do I book an appointment?
Book online through Square, or call or text 416-316-5369. The Smile Bar is by appointment only, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Is there a deposit?
Yes — a $50 non-refundable deposit secures your booking, as set out in our Square booking policies. The deposit is applied to your appointment, and the balance is due at your visit.
Where do I park, and how do I arrive?
Park on the side of the road or in the driveway, come to the front door, and text 416-316-5369 when you arrive.
What if I don't see a difference, or my teeth feel sensitive?
Your results matter to us. Whitening results vary from person to person — if you don't see a visible difference, message us within 7 days of your appointment and we'll bring you back in to review your shade together; if a touch-up is the right fix, it's on us. Mild sensitivity is normal and settles within a day or two — if yours feels like more than that, text us the same day and we'll tell you exactly what to do.
Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
The Smile Bar is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, by appointment only. Call or text 416-316-5369 to find a time that works within those hours.
How long does a teeth whitening session take?
Appointments run about 1.5 hours.
How long do results last?
Results typically last 6 months to 2 years depending on diet and habits. Touch-ups help maintain your shade.
How often can I whiten my teeth?
As general guidance, touch-ups are done as needed — most clients refresh every 6 to 12 months to maintain their shade. If you're unsure what's right for your teeth, ask us when you book.
Does it work on crowns or veneers?
Whitening works on natural teeth only. Crowns, veneers and fillings don't change colour. If you have visible restorations, it's worth checking in before you book — read our article on whitening with crowns and veneers.
Is it suitable for sensitive teeth?
Wicked White Pro uses a neutral-pH (pH 7.0) gel designed to minimize sensitivity. Most clients experience little to no sensitivity.
What should I avoid after whitening?
For the first 48 hours, avoid coffee, tea, red wine and dark-coloured foods — this is often called the "white diet." Read the full 48-hour aftercare guide.
Can two of us whiten together?
Yes — our duo session is whitening for two people in one visit for $350 + HST — $175 each, save $50 vs two single sessions. Call or text 416-316-5369 to book together.
Where are you located?
The Smile Bar is at 46 Hanover Crt, Belleville, Ontario, open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, by appointment only. We welcome clients from Belleville, Trenton, Quinte West, Napanee, Prince Edward County and Frankford. See the Visit page.
What is Smile Club?
Smile Club is our annual membership: $349 + HST per year. It includes one full Wicked White Pro session, one Touch-Up Session at about 6 months, priority booking, 15% off Duo and Glow Combo sessions, and free rescheduling. Membership is arranged in studio — join at your appointment, or call or text 416-316-5369. Sessions are the member's only and unused sessions expire at the end of the membership year; the $50 booking deposit still applies per appointment. See Smile Club details.
How does the Give a Smile referral program work?
An existing client sends a friend: the friend gets $25 off their first full session ($200 becomes $175 + HST), and the referrer gets $25 toward their next touch-up. It's tracked by name at booking — no codes or cards. One referral discount per new client; it can't be combined with other promotions or applied to the Duo Session. See how Give a Smile works.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes — Smile Bar gift certificates can cover a full Wicked White Pro session ($200 + HST), a Touch-Up ($100 + HST), a Duo Session ($350 + HST) or the Glow Combo ($295 + HST). Arrange one by email at hello@smilebarbelleville.ca or in person at the studio — Rachel approves every gift certificate purchase, and they are never sold online. See the Gift Certificates page.
